I’ve always been drawn to the raw, untamed beauty of nature. My journey began as a simple farmer/ agripreneur, nurturing crops and dreaming of a sustainable future. But as my passion grew, so did my ambitions. I yearned to transform agriculture beyond the fields, to create a thriving ecosystem where innovation and tradition could coexist.
It wasn’t easy. There were countless setbacks, moments of self-doubt, and sleepless nights. Yet, through it all, I found solace in the support of my family. Their unwavering belief in me fueled my determination to persevere.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible individuals who have become more than just colleagues. They’ve been mentors, confidants, and partners. Together, we’ve faced challenges head-on, celebrated victories, and learned invaluable lessons.
One of the most significant turning points in my career came in 2019. Exhausted and overwhelmed, I took a much-needed break. This time away allowed me to reflect, recharge, and reevaluate my priorities. It was during this period that I embarked on a personal and professional growth journey, earning an MBA from Quantic and several certifications from renowned institutions.
Today, I’m proud to say that my work extends far beyond agriculture. I’ve had the opportunity to consult for businesses across various sectors, from fashion, energy, e-commerce to expand into new markets and scale up their interventions. My expertise lies in optimizing business processes, guiding entrepreneurs through the ideation stage, and fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability.
I’m particularly passionate about mentoring young professionals and empowering them to pursue careers in agriculture. Through training programs, internships, and job placement opportunities, I’m committed to building a thriving ecosystem for the next generation of agricultural leaders.
While I’ve achieved many milestones, I know that my journey is far from over. I’m excited to continue exploring new frontiers, collaborating with like-minded individuals, and making a positive impact on the world.
